          Contact your Omnicron representative for availability and price on items not listed above. Many items are available with modifications to match unusual applications. Special cables and adapters are also available (many from stock), as well as replacement and service parts for products sold by Omnicron Electronics.
  
          To order, contact your local Omnicron Electronics representative. If you do not have a local representative,  contact Omnicron to locate one or to order directly from Omnicron. Dealer inquiries are invited.
  
          Direct orders can be placed by mail, FAX, or E-mail. NET-30-DAY terms are available to firms and government agencies with good credit ratings. Mail or FAX your Purchase Order to Omnicron at the address shown below. You may charge your order to VISA, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express (supply credit card information with your order), or pre-pay your order via check or wire transfer.
  
          All shipping costs are charged. Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground unless you request a premium shipping method on the order (UPS 3-Day, UPS Blue, UPS Red, FedEx, United States Postal Service Priority Mail, etc.). If you pre-pay your order with a check, call for charges.
  
          OMNICRON Invoices are due NET-30-DAYS from date of shipment for accounts which have earned open account status. Orders over the approved credit limit must obtain specific approval or they will be shipped COD. No monthly statements will be sent. If payment is not received within the above terms, your account will be in past due status (over 30 days) and will be placed on C.O.D. or pre-pay basis until current. If your past due status reaches the past 60 day point, we will seek to collect what is owed. A 1-1/2% per month finance charge which is an annual rate of 18% will be charged to your balance. The cost of collection, including attorney and court fees, will be charged to your account. If there are special requirements, we must be notified at the time you place your order.

         OMNICRON offers one year limited manufacturers warranty on its recorders. For refund or credit, items purchased from Omnicron Electronics must be returned in their original as received condition and include all accessories that were included with the product within 30 days of the invoice date. We will not issue a refund for merchandise that is returned more than 30 days after shipment to you from Omnicron Electronics or with an altered or missing serial number. Partial, damaged, or incomplete returns will not be refunded. We do not issue refunds for shipping and handling charges unless we shipped you the wrong item. We do not accept returns shipped C.O.D.  We will reimburse you via the payment method that you initially used to pay Omnicron Electronics for the item.
     All returns for refund or credit must be pre-authorized and accompanied by a copy of the original receipt or packing list. Any return of items not purchased directly from Omnicron must be handled by the retail location where it was originally purchased.
