 | Repair - For
factory service, return your Omnicron product to us at the Putnam, Connecticut address
with a note describing the problem. Most items received for repair are serviced and on
their way back in one business day. Repairs not covered under warranty are
$70 for the VLR series of analog recorders and $140 for the Total
Recall and TeleCorder digital recorders
— per unit plus parts and return shipping charges. No return authorization is required.
