Omnicron Electronics provides
the following services:
Repair - For
factory service, return your Omnicron product to us at the Putnam, Connecticut address
with a note describing the problem. Most items received for repair are serviced and on
their way back in one business day. Repairs not covered under warranty are
$70 for the VLR series of analog recorders and $130 for the Total
Recall and TeleCorder of digital recorders — per unit plus parts and return shipping charges. No return authorization is required.
Technical Assistance -
is available via telephone, FAX, and E-mail. Let us know what we can do to help you
select, install, operate, or service your Omnicron products.
System Selection Assistance -
is available to help you select
or reconfigure a recording system to meet your exact
requirements.
It is recommended that you contact an Omnicron representative prior to ordering your recording system. This will help to insure that you have
a system that
meets your requirements.
