 | RSA-M2
adapter is used to
connect Motorola two-way radios with eight-position modular
microphones, such as their Radius series, to the line input of a
logging recorder. It connects in series with the radio microphone,
combining receive and transmit audio into a single isolated output
that connects to your recorder's input. Click
here for additional RSA-M2 information. $65.50 |
|
 | RSA-M3
is a hard-wired version of the RSA-M2
(see above). Use it to simplify installation when a direct
connection to the radio's receive and transmit audio will be made by
a radio service technician. Click here for
additional RSA-M3 information. $65.50 |
|
 | RSA-M4 Two-way
radio adapter with a relay that switches between receive and transmit
audio. Similar to RSA-M3, the RSA-M4 has a
relay that connects to 12vDC transmitter power and an audio transformer
to boost the volume of transmitter audio that is fed to the recorder.
The relay is used to switch its RJ-11 audio output jack from receive
audio to transmit audio whenever the radio is transmitting. Installation
by a radio service technician is required.
additional RSA-M4 information. $76.75 |
|
 | RSA-U5
Two-way radio adapter that can be used to
connect voice logging recorders to two-way radios that do not have an
output for recorders, such as a mobile radio that is used as a base
station.
Radios with wired
connections for remote control (tone, DC, or local) can usually be
directly connected to most recorders and do not require the RSA-U5.
Since connections must be made inside of the radio, it should
only be installed by a radio service technician that is qualified to
service the radio.
FEATURES:
Adjustable gain amplifiers allow you to independently match
transmit and receive audio levels for optimum recordings.
Switch selectable mixing of receive and transmit audio at all
times or transmit audio that is only present with active PTT.
Optically isolated DC sensing mutes the
transmitter microphone audio when the radio is not transmitting
(push-to-talk is not active). Click here for
additional RSA-U5 information,
and RSA-U5 PDF pages.

equipment to the handset (or headset) circuit of a telephone that does
not have side-tone (no mouthpiece audio is present on the earpiece of
the phone). It can be used
on most telephone styles that have a standard modular handset or headset
jack (4P4C). If the phone you wish to monitor has side-tone, as with
99.9% of business phones, you should use the simpler and less expensive.

will prevent the recorders voice activation circuitry from
triggering between phone calls. Click here for additional
TSA-MRS information. $65.50

conversations from both the handset and headset.

TSB-15L, and connect its 10″ output cable to the recorder’s input jack.
Audio levels are increased
by a transformer. No external power is
required.
