TOTAL RECALL MAX Digital Voice Logging Recorders provide direct integration with VoIP, T1, E1, ISDN & Analog phone systems
	Total Recall R&D team has been working exceptionally hard over the past year in order to deliver VoIP and ISDN capable recorders that match the expectations of customers. We are pleased to announce that the new recorders are now available on a special order basis (2 to 4 week delivery). All VoIP and ISDN recorders come configured standard with a Pentium Core 2 Duo Processor, onboard mirrored SATA HDD storage (with the capacity to store one million calls - 20,000 channel hours), and a Dual Hot Swap PSU. They have a custom engineered 19" Rack Mountable enclosure with its tilting screen, and software functions similar to Total Recall TRR series recorders. A single drive failure will not cause the machine to fail, as the hard drive is mirrored. The software will notify you if a hard drive fails so that it can be replaced. The recorders also have dual hot swap power supplies. If one power supply fails, an alarm will sound and a light will show which one needs to be disconnected and repaired or replaced.
	Total Recall Max recorders have the capability to combine up to 60 active channels of VoIP, ISDN conversations along with up to 32 channels of analog connectivity within the same enclosure, for a maximum capacity of 92 active channels. Also available in TR-DS desktop server version (up to 30 VoIP and/or ISDN/T1/E1/PRI channels. Total Recall MAX recorders also have built-in CD/DVD recorders for automatically or manually copying the recorded conversations to archival disks — 1,000 hours of conversations on a DVD+RW and 180 hours on a recordable CD.

With more complicated large VoIP networks, "Network-Tap-Devices/Traffic-Collectors" may need to be placed at various points on the network to tap call data and send this information to the recorder. Network administrators from the user company must have the passwords for their routers and assist with the installation.
