for loading software V2.21 if you are upgrading from V1.33:
(If
upgrading from V2.00 to V2.11, see below)
NOTE
— This is a major upgrade and changes the Total Recall System files
and the call record directory. Software V2.00 will restructure the call
database on the hard drive into multiple directories. Although this
process should
not damage call files, we strongly recommend that the call
database
be archived to CD before V2.00 is installed.
Software
Upgrade Procedure:
1.
Boot up Total Recall so that it is running normally.
2.
Load the Upgrade Software disk (created above) in to the CD drive on Total
Recall.
3.
Press MENU key to skip to the ARCHIVE MENU.
4.
Select 'SYSTEM MAINTENANCE'.
5.
Select 'UPGRADE SOFTWARE'.
6.
LCD screen message: Loading CD-ROM...
Copying Files...
7. Select
'UPGRADE NOW' and continue to press SELECT as requested
on the LCD screen to confirm upgrade progress and reboot system.
8. When complete, the system will indicate that it has shutdown.
9.
Power unit OFF, wait 10 seconds and power unit ON.
10. Total
Recall will restart. The first screen will indicate the new version of
software now loaded. Select
'CHECK
VERSIONS'.
11. Select 'UPGRADE
SYSTEM',
after a few seconds system shutdown.
12. Power
unit OFF, wait 10 seconds and power unit ON.
13. Total Recall will restart and rebuild
database. After waiting for the
database to be rebuilt, continue operation as normal.

Software
Upgrade Procedure (V2.00 to V2.11):
1.
Boot up Total Recall so that it is running normally.
2.
Load the Upgrade Software disk in to the CD drive on Total
Recall.
3.
Press MENU key to go to 'OPTIONS MENU'.
4.
Select 'SYSTEM MAINTENANCE'.
5.
Select 'SYSTEM INFORMATION'.
6.
Select 'UPGRADE'.
7.
Follow screen prompts.

You can also contact your Omnicron
representative to order a CD
that will update your Total Recall Recorder to V2.00.
