Total Recall from Omnicron
is a compact multi-channel voice logging
recorder with built-in display and simple navigation keys. You can listen to monitored
conversations live, replay them from the internal hard drive that holds
the most recent 60,000 hours of conversations
(350,000 recordings), and archive all or selected
conversations to inexpensive compact disks and DVD
with the touch of a few
simple buttons — over 180 hours on an inexpensive CD-R, and up to 1,000 hours on a DVD+RW
(6,000 hours per disk with Blu-ray option for TRR).
Remote Manager
and
Record on Demand
software are included with all recorders. You can access
and play recordings at the
unit, over a network from multiple locations, from a single PC, or phone
line using a modem. They provide for remote search, playback, live
monitoring, copying calls to the client PC for emailing, etc.
Remote Manager
is
also used to search, play and email recordings directly from the archive
CD-Rs or DVDs on any PC running Windows
98/NT/2000/XP/Vista-32/Vista-64/Win-7.
Administrators can limit which channels users can access with
Remote Manager.
Record on Demand
software provides call center users a password for access to a single
channel. The administrator sets user passwords and
permissions
for automatic or manual recording, adding notes, recording partial
conversations, using
DTMF to start recording, and
playback. The software can be used with any number of
PCs without per-seat or annual charges.
They are expandable from 4 to 24 channels
in the desktop configuration, and up to 72 channels in the rack mount
configuration. Channel
inputs have modular RJ11/RJ14 jacks for direct connection to either a phone line, analog
phone extension, telephone handset audio (analog or digital phone), two-way
radio, broadcast audio source, room monitoring microphone, etc.
Additional features include: password security
(User & Admin.),
recording beep option for phone line recording, WAV and MP3 compatible recordings with text file headers,
call tagging, voice-activation (VOX), monitor and replay using internal speaker or headphones.
Total Recall
recorders from Omnicron are available in 4, 8, 12,
16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 36, 40, 44, 48, 60, and
72 channel

Total
Recall
is easy to configure and operate, using intuitive navigation via 3 user
menus, and touch responsive keypads for selecting or confirming an
instruction.
There
are three
user selectable menus:
1.
LOGGING
– current Logger activity and Live Monitoring of active channels.
2.
SEARCH
– search the
database for the recording you want, and playback.
3.
OPTIONS
– control system
parameters — set language, date & time, passwords, set line
triggering mode, enable call monitoring, enable beep tone, set archive
reminder and auto archive, set maximum call length, set voice-activation
timeout, set recording period, install system software upgrades, rebuild
call database, set recorder ID, set IP address for
LAN connection, and system shutdown.
Simple navigation
keys:

– This key is used to toggle through the three user menus.

SELECT
– This key is used to select an option, or toggle through a list of
options.

UP
/DOWN ARROW –
These 2 keys move the highlight bar up or down the selected menu.

Automatic Recording of ALL Calls
–
Total Recall
will automatically capture and securely record all phone or radio
conversations which can be recalled whenever verification is required.
Total Recall can also
be used as a training and evaluation tool for staff who regularly
conduct business with customers by phone.
Large Capacity Database
–
If
a dispute or emergency arises, you can recall relevant recordings from
the Total Recall.
Compact
Desktop Unit –
Comprises 4, 8,12, 16, 20, or
24 analog channels in a single desktop unit.
No
software installation or external hardware is required.
Rack Mount Unit –
Provides 4, 8,12,16, 20,

Multiple Recording Inputs
– It’s
also possible to ‘live monitor’ on a channel selective basis.
Replay
Options
–
Selected recordings can be replayed via an internal speaker, an
external speaker or headphones. For
replay on a PC, install the Remote
Manager software on the PC and connect to Total Recall via
the supplied LAN crossover cable, a LAN, or dialup using an external
serial modem (not supplied).
Archive
for Security
–
Recordings that need to be retained for longer periods can be
automatically or selectively archived to an internal CD-R/DVD
drive and kept indefinitely.
User
Definable Options
– recording can be set to VOX (Voice Activation) or
off-hook sensing for start/stop, and a beep-tone is selective by
channel. Administrative and User password security
ensures complete management control of the Voice Logger.
