Repair - For factory service, return your Omnicron product to us at the below address with a note describing the problem. Most items received for repair are serviced and on their way back in 3 business days. Repairs not covered under warranty are $180 for the Total Recall and TeleCorder digital recorders per unit plus parts and return shipping charges. No return authorization is required.
